Accenture SEO Analysis: A Couple Of Nasty Surprises…

Here we present our SEO audit of Accenture.

Its online and financial performances were initially discussed by our team yesterday, yet today we focus on the analysis of, a website that shows a good technical configuration but is not optimised to the level that is required for Accenture, in our view.

SEO Audit Criteria 

Score: Critical areas where intervention is needed on a scale from 1 to 5 from an SEO perspective. “1” least problematic, no action needed; “5” most problematic, immediate attention needed.
Status: indicates the current performance of the website for the specified parameters.
Description: indicates the analysed SEO parameters, which are identified through the crawling.


Key Findings

  • Accenture’s website has a pretty decent set-up; however, canonicalisation has not been correctly implemented on a few pages. Duplication issues should also be addressed.
  • Speed metrics are well below average, especially for mobile (36/100).
  • On-page optimisation is required, while the path journey’s efficiency should be analysed.
